Gone, Baby, Gone movie featurette!
Now, THIS was cool. In the featurette for Ben Affleck's directorial debut, "Gone, Baby, Gone", 2 minutes and 24 seconds in (but who's counting?), he's directing a scene and wearing noneother than our very own shirt, The Witching Hour. How cool is that? He's also wearing the shirt he hired us to design for him and his crew in the interviews, but you can't really tell. Trust us! He is!

The article wasn't about us, but Chris Colbourn of Buffalo Tom was spotted wearing a Red Seat shirt in their show review in The Boston Globe.
On opening day, we gave away 2 "Big in Japan" prize packs on the "Matty in the Morning" show on KISS 108FM. Shirts! Posters! Tattoos!
Here's Matt talking about our shirt on his video blog. Sure, he mentions that we made the shirts up for him. Not entirely true, but whatever. He's Matt!

Boston.com, NESN and WHDH 7 News
Signing Daisuke Matsuzaka was a pretty big deal in these parts. We designed a shirt, "B is for Yakyu" to benefit the Red Sox Foundation and to celebrate this momentous occasion. This shirt was EVERYWHERE. Tina Cervasio turned up on Boston.com showing it off to the Japanese media, she showed it off on NESN and Dave Briggs of WHDH 7 News did some hoisting of his own! Much hoisting.

Apparently, this Ben Affleck guy is some kind of huge star. People Magazine claims that fatherhood changed his life, but don't change that shirt, baby! And US Magazine reveals that Ben's Buff Li'l Bro is in dire need of a Red Seat shirt.

The Boston Globe and The Boston Herald
Ben Affleck is a popular guy. We got the phone call from "Gone, Baby, Gone". Ben wanted us to design shirts as a gift to his crew. What are we gonna say, "no"?!? He was everywhere, and so was our shirt. Thanks, Ben!
Emily was quoted as the "expert" in an article about the ever changing world of sports fan merchandise. She said some wicked smaht stuff. I'm serious.

The Cambridge Chronicle
We got a nice write up in our local town newspaper. It's always fun to see your name in print. Except, of course, when it refers to you as being a former Yankee fan. EGADS! I couldn't believe it when I read that! Have no fear, people - I was not, nor will I ever be a fan of that team. I nearly spit my coffee out when I read that! Good thing the link is dead!
This was a big day for us! We were invited back on KISS 108's Matty in the Morning show to chat about the playoffs. Later that day Chris was interviewed by Phil Lipof of Channel 7 News. His piece led the show and was played on what seemed like an infinite loop all weekend. Check it out!
