October 30, 2004

Well, it was a rainy and wet day but no one seemed to care. The millions that make up Red Sox Nation were so blissed out that even stepping in you know what behind one of those big police horses wouldn't have mattered (much). As committed fans/borderline stalkers, we parked ourselves right outside of Fenway Park at the start of the "rolling rally" or as these things used to be called, parade.

The Red Sox and the city of Boston put together a great celebration and the Mayor of our fair city was right - the crumbled bits of cookie were delicious. After taking in our pics, check out The Boston Globe's great section on pretty much the entire season, post season and parade.
