I'm giving some serious thought to legally changing my name to "Poppy McThunder". I'd train wicked hahd and learn to throw 98-100 MPH, and sign with the Sox. Imagine if I came out of the bullpen at Fenway to the theme song from Miami Vice? How could the crowd not love me. Plus, if I came into a game where we (the Sox) were in trouble, the first thing I'd do is bean my first batter and glare at him the entire time he walked to first base. Plus, I'd really push for MLB to make the return of the bullpen car. Is there really anyone who'd be against this?
Your Red Seat Web site is right on! The Red Sox and Teddy Ballgame in Particular, has always been my favorite. Growing up in Rhode Island, my granddad and I would listen to every Red Sox Game. He did not like the TV announcer so he would turn it down and put a radio on top of the TV. I wish he and Ted could have lived to see 2004. Thanks and God Bless
Love the site and being away from home it keeps the interest and passion up every time I check it out ! Thanks !
You guys Rock!! Keep up the great work. I really loved my "holiday card" of The Nation...it is nice to see a company who takes such pride in what they do.
Me and my wife were so blown away by the events of this past October that when we found out we were expecting and heard the date of conception we almost died. It was our victory celebration after the game if you know what I mean. So in honor of our beloved Sox and our Sox Series Victory child were naming him after the greatest Center fielder ever. Damon Charles Michael Thompson. Were expecting our future Sox fan in mid July but till then, Long live The Nation, and as always, GO SOX!!!
Although Im a Houston girl, my wonderful husband is from NE and LOVES the sox!!! It is nice to have a site where I can get things for him. (Since we live in Houston and you cant find that stuff here) We went to Fenway last summer it was awesome!
great job...keep up the good work!!! PS* i just saw a pig fly by my house.... did the sox win or something!!
i dig the red seat! thx for great merchandise!
I like the creativity of your shirts--they cannot be matched!
I JUST LOVE THE RED SEAT, AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO GIVE MY OPINION ON IT. I AM SUCH A DIE HARD RED SOX FAN THAT I CANNNOT IMAGINE MY LIFE WITHOUT THE RED SOX OR THE RED SEAT. THANK YOU AGAIN. HAVE A NICE DAY, GOD BLESS, TAKE CARE AND BE SAFE, SINCERELY, KATHY COLETTI. :o) P.S. GO RED SOX!!!!
I've gotten so many delighted comments on my "Battling Evil" shirt. I've also gotten some really rotten stares from bitter Yankees fans. Which do I like better? Hmmm...
I love your designs! I wear my "building character" shirt all the time.
Thank God for a site with smaht Sox shirts. Battling Evil was the ONLY Sox gear on my X-mas wish list. (Now that I've got it, I'm setting my sights on "Building Character.") You guys rock.
I like your shirts becasue they graphics are very original and more creative than that ignorant "yankees suck" non-sense.
keep up the good work! LOVE that you print on American Apparel, don't change that! (Because of American Apparel's social responsibility)
your site design (and overall design on your shirts, for that matter) is *fantastic*. so hard to find well-designed sox t-shirts, AND in women's (or kid's) sizes! was beside myself with glee to find a world series-related t-shirt that i could actually fit into. THANKS; you guys rock. i'm a transplanted sox fan originally from CT and now going back to school in new york, so i'll take EVERY opportunity (including sox games at yankee stadium) to wear my red seat shirt!
Great site! I attend college in North Carolina and you made me homesick!!
Living in New York as a Red Sox fan, I was thrilled to find the Witching Hour t-shirt and will wear it with pride all summer long, so thanks for an imaginative shirt! And I love my poster so keep up the good work.
best sox shirts... anywhere... ever!
I think your merchandise is great, and I really like how POSITIVE your message is. I can't stand the "Y****** Suck" cheer, I think it's such bad luck, and I'd never wear one of those t-shirts. Keep up the good work, I tell all my pals who are sox fans about you. Well done.
I've been a Sox fan since about '64 or '65. In '67, I was in the sixth grade. Sr. Isabelle Marie, SND, had a big console TV brought in and it covered her desk; a big antenna was hooked up to the roof of Our Lady of the Angels School, We watched EVERY game in class. We had baseball math, baseball spelling and vocabulary. She taught us that The Red Sox ARE a true religion. I say a parayer to Our Lady of Yawkey Way and St. Lansdowne during games and it sure works. Thanks.
got any extra tickets for opening day : )
I am looking at The nation , a view from Boston in my cubicle wall as I write this.
I love your site! Your stuff is completely unique and that's great! Whenever I get a smidge homesick I visit your site and read the latest. Thanks!!!
You guys have the best Red Sox stuff around!
I just want to let you know I think you folks are wonderful. Your products are good-humoured and VERY well made; you keep an upbeat sense of reality and the ridiculous at all times; and you're Sox fans. How much cooler can it get? :-) Heck, the only thing that would be cooler, is if you were raffling off tickets to the Home Opener against Pinstripe Evil, and I won them. :-) Heh heh heh.... anyway, I love the site, love the products, and feel like I have yet more friends back home in the Old Stomping Grounds. Look for me sometime this season in my Red Seat t-shirt, kickin' back at Fenway SOMEwhere.... (but I do still love Nomah--is that all right??) :-)
What a great site this is. Truly. A great alternative to the lowbrow sites out there offering "YANKEES SUCK" and "JETER SUCKS A-ROD" fare. There would be something missing without the tasteful items the Red Seat offers, that are great for families and for fans who love the team but don't want to wear something that'll get them kicked out of Fenway. The site is well-designed and the content is humorous and lighthearted. Keep up the great work, guys!
