Battling Evil for the Good of the Game. It is one of our original designs but it hasn't been around for a long time. It's back! It's redesigned and refreshed and on a black tee, now.
Way back in 2003, Larry Lucchino dubbed the New York Yankees. the "Evil Empire" which was the inspiration for this, one of our very first shirt designs. We launched it in the spring of 2004 and almost immediately sold out. It's gone through a few tweaks over the years, but the sentiment remains the same. The Boston Red Sox are Battling Evil for the good of the game.
